Vodafone and Kathmandu will take approximately half of the Carparks in this new 8 level building. The remaining carparks are available for the 144, 150 and 160 Lichfield St buildings also being developed by SD4, and other Innovation Precinct property owners, north of Tuam St. Retail Leasing opportunities are available on the GF of the Carpark.
