Kathmandu approached SD4 through Colliers to locate alongside Vodafone in the new Innovation Precinct. Kathmandu wanted an active vibrant inner city location and the Innovation Precinct and the SD4 approach drew favour with Kathmandu.  Kathmandu will relocate its innovative R&D team and Head Office functions, alongside a new Kathmandu Concept Store. During the development delivery stages, SD4 is partnering with Calder Stewart to deliver the project to completion, including managing Kathmandu's integrated fit out requirements.
